Cancellation

  1. Order Verification: Prior to finalizing your purchase, please take a moment to thoroughly review your order details. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We recommend double-checking all details before proceeding to the payment stage.

     

  2. No Cancellations after shipping: Once an order has been confirmed and is out for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified. We request you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy in the product selection, quantities and shipping address.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged product or an incorrect product, you are requested to contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order with an image of the entire delivery box, the product arrived in. Kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered before accepting shipment of any product. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges: Given the nature of personal care products, there are no returns and no refunds except for Defective/ damaged products or in case the wrong product is received. Please refer to return, exchange & refund policy in case you want to return the product.

     

  2. Order Cancellation by The Volume Company (KGL Ventures Private Limited):  We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, technical errors, fraudulent activities, or violation of our terms and conditions. If such a situation arises, you will be promptly notified, and a refund will be issued via the original payment method
